After the dreary summer we experienced this year in the UK It’s almost a relief to finally pull out our knitwear and winter coats with out that guilty feeling. This new Skye pull over design fits in perfectly with Denham’s design inspiration for this season, Graf Meets Nautilus, a collection bursting with historic 1920’s pilot references and stories of what might have been. Made from a 100% cotton yarn the chunky knitted stitches make it dense enough to keep you cosy and warm while being soft on the skin, no uncomfortable itching here! In true Denham style no detail has been left unthought-of and the rolled shawl neckline combined with the toggle fastenings provides an extra level of comfort and warmth. Denham have really pulled out the stops with this jumper by combining three different knitting techniques to make it that little bit more special. The shawl neck has been created using a thick cable knit for added warmth while the body has been kept simple with a standard knit making sure the jumper isn’t too bulky and is easy to wear, the third knit to be used is a lovely waffle effect on the arms and hem line which adds a great contrast to the overall aesthetic.
